Hi, I am Kate Driver naturopath & The Perimenopause Practitioner. I have been consulting as a naturopath since the year 2000. I help women tame their hormones, fight fatigue, anxiety and other hormone & health related issues so that they can be calm, more productive.

After working with me you will feel happier and revitalised so you  have the energy to step through life with ease and joy.

I specialise in perimenopause and menopause and empowering women to feel fabulous through this transitional time.
